ABSTRACT:
One of the greatest approach to feed babies is to breastfeed them. It is very important for the health of both babies and mothers. Breast milk has unique characteristics which provide immunity to baby to fight against infectious diseases. Peer-reviewed papers are included to assess the challenges impeding to success of exclusive breast feeding among employed mothers. In this review, various studies such as Quantitative, Qualitative, mixed-methods papers and systematic review which were published between 2015 to 2025 were included. Peer-reviewed papers were identified and only the relevant articles were included in the study
